Module 3: Global Leadership Experience

This Module is the main module of the series. It is a powerful class experience that brings in key resources necessary for you to attain the highest levels of global leadership. The jobs of today require individuals to move between borders and to move “between cultures.” According to world class experts, the main tool for global leadership is being able to understand such concepts as ambiguity, linear and emerging models of change, and how to adapt to leading strong individuals and organizations.

For you to be a global leader, it is imperative that you complete all three modules and be aware of your International Assessment Test score. Once you score at the sixth level, you are able to move forward in whatever journey you choose: from non-profits to organizational leadership.
