Jessica L. Ford (Ph.D. The University of Texas at Austin) is an assistant professor at Ohio University in the Scripps College of Communication, where she teaches courses in organizational communication. Her research examines organizational disruptions that affect the health and safety of organizational members. Dr. Ford’s research often investigates the implications of technology use during emergency events, such as evacuations, school shootings, and workplace injuries.

Employee Spotlight: Lynn Steines

Here at Kendall Hunt, we have a very special employee to feature this month – one who has been with us for 40 years!

Lynn Steines is the Event Planning Manager who sees to convention logistics and special events for all of our divisions and works with various internal departments to plan successful events.

Seeing as this year marks Lynn’s 40th anniversary with the company, we asked her what she loves most about working at Kendall Hunt and this is what she said:

Mylan Redfern received her BS in mathematics from Augusta College and her PhD in mathematics from Louisiana State University. She has authored numerous refereed publications in stochastic analysis and has published two books on Mathematical Computing and Calculus. She has taught all levels of mathematics at the University of Southern Mississippi, Valdosta State University, and the University of Texas, Permian Basin.
