Antoinette D. Parham (Toni) has a PhD in sociology from the University of North Texas. Her research areas of interest include societal impacts to climate change, climate equity, disasters, environmental sociology and social justice. She has worked for the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for over 20 years working on various climate, environmental and infrastructure issues for the agency.

Pamela A. Quiroz (Ph.D. University of Chicago, 1993) is Executive Director of the national Latino research consortium, the Inter University Program on Latino Research. She is also Director of the Center for Mexican American Studies and CLASS Distinguished Professor of Sociology at the University of Houston. A researcher of children, youth, family and identity, Professor Quiroz is author of Adoption in a Colorblind Society [Rowman and Littlefield] and Dating, Mating and Relating: Personal Advertising in Modern Society [McFarland Publisher 2022].

Jessica McManus Warnell serves as the Rex and Alice A. Martin Faculty Director of the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership, and a Teaching Professor of Management & Organization. Jessica teaches undergraduate and MBA courses in business ethics, sustainability, inclusive leadership, managing early career employees, and business and culture in Japan. Jessica is a past recipient of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (UN PRME) North America Chapter Award for Teaching Excellence.

James Scofield O’Rourke, IV is an American rhetorician and professor of management and organization with a global reputation in business education. He has taught for more than 30 years at the University of Notre Dame, pursuing research specialties in crisis management, change communication, reputation management, and business ethics.
