Dr. Luciano Cid is Associate Professor of Education and serves as the Director of the Multiple Subject Credential Program at Biola University.

Dr. Dennis Eastman is an Associate Professor and the Director of Secondary Education in the School of Education at Biola University where he teaches in the Secondary Teacher Credentialing program. Dr. Eastman served as a teacher, coach, and administrator in public and private schools for 15 years prior to working at Biola University.

Dr. Nicholas Block is a Full Professor within the School of Education at Biola University, having served since 2014. He teaches a biblical integration course at the undergraduate level and mainly research methods as well as philosophy of education at the graduate level. He also directs the coursework for the induction program so that teachers can clear their teaching credentials.

Victoria Causer is an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. She has earned bachelor's degrees in Mathematics, Biological sciences, and Chemistry and a M.S. in Biostatistics. Her EdD, in STEM Instruction and Learning, is from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education.
